We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager & Client Success Manager who can keep projects moving forward, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure campaigns are executed at a high level.

Role Overview
The Project Manager & Client Success Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating internal marketing teams, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and performing well.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive excellent communication, strategic guidance, and consistent results.
You will also work closely with internal teams including SEO specialists, paid media managers, developers, and designers to ensure work is executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Communication
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
• Conduct regular client check-ins and strategy calls
• Clearly communicate campaign progress, results, and next steps
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure clients receive consistent value and measurable results
Project Management
• Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
• Coordinate tasks across internal teams (SEO, Ads, Web, Automation)
• Track deliverables and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Maintain project documentation and task management systems
• Ensure all campaigns follow Streamline Results processes and standards
Marketing Operations
• Oversee campaign implementation including:
• Local SEO
• Google Ads / PPC campaigns
• Website updates and landing pages
• CRM automation and workflows
• Review campaign performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with team members to execute improvements
Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Monitor key performance indicators including:
• Lead generation
• Cost per lead
• Rankings and traffic
• Conversion rates
• Prepare client reports and insights
• Translate marketing data into clear action plans

Must Have
• 3+ years experience in project management or account management
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Experience using project management tools
Marketing Platform Experience
Candidates should have experience with some of the following:
