A local arborist company in the Ventura area is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Office Assistant. This position currently offers approximately 3 days per week, with the potential to expand into a full-time role in the near future.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in general office operations and comfortable communicating professionally with clients and vendors by phone and email.
Responsibilities Include:
General office and administrative support
Answering and managing client/vendor communications
Light bookkeeping duties
Preparing and sending estimates and invoices using QuickBooks
Daily customer data entry and record maintenance in Outlook
Working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Qualifications:
Prior office administration experience preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable and detail-oriented
