Looking for place to park and live in 33' class A RV (Ventura/Santa Paula/or similar)

Retired 62yr old single male looking for a quiet place to park and live in my 33' Class A RV - but not in an RV Park. My 32 year old son has a mental disability (high functioning Autism) and he lives with me for now - super nice young man. I would not need to run the RV generator...all solar with off-grid setup. However, having water and garbage access would be ideal and I would pay accordingly. One car parking place or street parking needed as well. I am fully insured including a general liability policy covering us - as well as RV policy. You would be covered 100%. Not looking to trade parking space for chores or other type of work arrangement. Thank you
