I have a large master bedroom with it's own 3/4 bathroom ( no tub). This room is attached to the house but has it's own private entrance and
private garden/ patio. The room is on the front of the house with plenty of street parking. The rent includes wifi and all utilities. Must have verifiable, reliable source of income. The room would be available September 3, 2026.
This not a house share or roommate situation. You have your space and I have mine. I am the only occupant of the house. The kitchen and the other rooms are not available for you with the exception of the laundry wich you may use.
The street is in a lovely quiet area of midtown, one block from a park,Camino Real Park, which has tennis courts. The mall is just blocks away and restaurants, gas stations and freeway access in close and convenient.
The room is unfurnished and is approximately 14+ 15'. There is a wall of closets 103". I alo have a rolling island, refrigerator, toaster oven , and you are welcome to bring your microwave and other appliances.
You are free to plant whatever you like and garden to your heart's desire.
I am seeking a professional mature female and values their privacy, and is like I am quiet and considerate.
No smoking, even outside, and no pets.
