I used this after an injury to my right leg. It took a little practice to get used to, but was invaluable to allow me to not be homebound. Comes with instruction manual and all hardware and tools.
• DRIVE BY LEFT FOOT: Designed for the drivers who have lost control of right foot or leg. Drivers control the accelerator pedal by left foot through a pedal installed to the left of the brake pedal.
