Private office Wanted - Oxnard (Oxnard)

We’re looking for a small, professional private room in Oxnard that we can rent or sublease for scheduled client intakes and consultations. Primarily for clients who can’t make it to our head office.
This use of your space is very low-impact and predictable: by appointment only (no walk-ins). While we’re open to renting full-time if that’s preferred, we would use the office infrequently. Typically a couple of times per month, during normal business hours. Meetings are always quiet and professional, usually involving two to three people, and we’re careful to keep everything discreet, clean, and respectful of your day-to-day operations.
We can provide proof of insurance and are happy to sign an agreement for a term that works best for you. We would pay a mutually agreeable amount monthly.
