Experienced, women-run farming team seeking a ranch in the Ojai area to caretake, lease or purchase via owner financing for orchard and/or vineyard cultivation, with the potential for a small sheep herd if appropriate. Our background is rooted in food, farming, and land-based work, with a strong emphasis on regenerative practices, soil health, and the careful stewardship of existing orchards or vines. We are especially interested in long-term arrangements that honor the history, integrity, and future vitality of the land, and hope to find a mutually supportive relationship with a landowner who values continuity, beauty, and thoughtful care.
