$1,000 One bedroom in a quite/nice neighborhood $1,000 a month (Camarillo)

I'm renting out a room in Camarillo for $1,000 a month with a $1,000 security deposit. The room will be available on 10/03/25, Currently, there's a male tenant living with me, and I'm in search of another male roommate.
My husband and I live in a smoke-free home in a peaceful neighborhood in Camarillo. The room is located upstairs and comes fully furnished, with a full bathroom and double sinks that is shared with the other roommate.
Utilities will be included in rent such as free high-speed internet (up to 300 mbps), central AC, cable TV, water, trash, and electricity. You'll have full access to the kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer).
If you're interested, please note that we have 2 small dogs that live inside the house. We require a background check that costs $25.00, which is nonrefundable.
Additionally, we'll need two (2) references. We're located near Flynn Road and Adolfo Road, which is only 10 minutes away from CSUCI. Our future tenants must be clean and respectful.
Please be aware that no smoking, drugs, excessive alcohol use, pets, overnight guests, or subletting is allowed. The room will be shown by appointment only. There is only street parking available, but there are plenty of open spots nearby.
