We will have two Rooms available to rent on .
One room will be rented for $1150, and the other room will be rented for $1,075.
We are looking for two professionals WHO WORK OUTSIDE OF THE HOME.
Both Rooms are only for one person per room, NO COUPLES PLEASE
This is a Non-Smoking house, due to the homeowner having severe Asthma
There cannot be any excessive drinking of alcohol, and NO overnight guests
Both rooms are Unfurnished, and there are some kitchen privileges
The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate
There is No laundry available on site
No loud noise after 10 pm, must show proof of employment
