Such a great spot on shores. You have full access to the kitchen and the whole house. A huge perk is I’m GONE nearly all summer so this house would be yours for months at a time. And I’m gone for weeks at a time during winter as well, as I’m a wildland firefighter and that comes w being on call and out of state a ton. Plenty of closets and closet Space if you need. (2 large living room closets, hallway closet and double sliding mirror in room closet) 2 bedroom house. This unit does not share a wall. As the sunset deck is just outside the door.
I’m a very relaxed guy. Usually surf in the mornings after a coffee and walking to the beach for a surf check. There is an attached garage that’s fairly empty if you need to use that, Feel free! reach out w any questions. $1400. Ideally looking for someone w a full time job. I’m a very easy going friends and guests are welcome. Lease is month to month w potential, but prefer long term :)

You do need to do a simple application hue need to show proof of income. Credit isn’t very important on the application. This is ideal for someone that loves the beach. And private space during summers.
