The house is 2,785 sq. ft., with ample room and privacy. The Private Master and living room is upstairs and all to yourself, ideal for a person that enjoys their privacy, works throughout the day and is mainly home during the evenings or working from home.
Our downstairs housemates wake up early for work and need silence at night, perfect for someone looking for that same environment. The space is calm, respectful, and everyone respects each other/their privacy. That is the environment we like to maintain. This room is directly upstairs from our housemate's room, and we are looking for someone who is considerate of noise.
Kitchen is downstairs and shared with downstairs housemates; however, a full-size refrigerator is included exclusively for your room (along w/ cabinet spacing).
No smoking on or in property.
All utilities are included (water, trash, electricity, gas, internet).
Security Deposit: $2225 (includes non-refundable cleaning fee). *Will collect 50% deposit at move in & remaining balance for next months rent IF needed.
