Each room is in a separate part of the house and has no shared walls with anyone. Lock on bedroom door for privacy. Beach is 10 minutes away and we’re walking distance to the Collection shopping mall with WholeFoods, Target, movie theater, restaurants, etc.
Room can be furnished or I can remove furniture if you have your own.
Full kitchen, dining, living room access. Spacious kitchen with dedicated kitchen space/cabinets for tenant. Indoor laundry with washer/dryer. Central AC, microwave and dishwasher.
