What we offer is kitchen privileges, laundry privileges, barbecue outback, private entrance. Small refrigerator in the closet, and a cupboard in the kitchen for your dry goods. T.V with Prime, Netflix, Hulu and Discovery. No smoking, no drugs no drinking no guests, especially overnight guests. I am looking for a gainfully employed male that works during the day and will be out of the house, someone that is quiet and respectful. The bathroom will be cleaned for you once a week.
