Beautiful ranch-style home in quiet, secluded neighborhood with TWO furnished rooms available now for rent/$1,240 per room. (NOTE: Website says house for rent but this is only rooms). We have two spacious and furnished rooms available (single occupancy only in each) for a female student/professional only; you will be sharing a bathroom with other females only - currently private bath. Rent includes all utilities (water, trash, sewer, electric, WiFi internet access). There are linen/towel cabinet storage available outside of the room's living space in the bathroom. You have access to the kitchen which includes your own pantry area and sharing a full-size refrigerator/freezer with other tenant. Bring your own cooking apparatus as very minimal will be provided to renters. You have access to full-sized washer/dryer units. Other house amenities include enclosed patio sitting area (back porch sunroom), covered patio sitting area (front porch) with stone fire pit (gas), outdoor patio with stone fire pit (wood burning), ping pong table, elliptical, all-in-one total gym machine, off street parking.
We would collect 1st month rent (or prorated) and $1240 security deposit before move-in. Application screening fee will be collected to verify residential/income/criminal history if you decide to continue the application process. If selected, this fee will be refunded to you.
This is a safe, family-oriented environment upholding kindness, good communication and high expectations for our family. *No overnight guests (no exceptions)
*No pets
*No smoking in the house or yard (including legalized marijuana - medicinal or leisure)
*Security deposit may not be used for last month's rent
