Hello, my name's Louie. I moved to Ventura a couple months ago and have been employed here in Ventura since September. I currently live in my vehicle and am looking to move into a studio or spare room here in Ventura now that I'm settled in and decided I want to stay in this lovely town 🤙

I'm very minimalist, I go to work and maybe grab a bite to eat after then relax. I go for walks to get some sunlight or do some light shopping/groceries. I work 40 hours a week, mostly closing shifts so I would be gone 5pm-12am but I am very quiet and well kept.

I'd love to hear from any reasonable options. Month to month is preferred but I am perfectly ok with a 6 month lease. Can't wait to hear from you!
