Greetings we are a very Happy, Mellow, Athletic Married Couple.
We are looking to pay $1000 per month for a Room,cottage, ADU or we can turn your Garage into a clean studio Room and leave that with you for future tenants.
We will provide basic Gardening, help with your household projects, trash ect. Always available to lend a helping hand.
We are also willing to Completely Trade the Rent and Provide Personal Assistance. Such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, rides +mileage, gardening, physical therapy.
As a Couple we enjoy our Privacy and Quiet Peace with no guests. We will required bathroom access with a shower once a day. When invited in the kitchen we both are professional trained in the Culinary arts. Cooking, grilling, baking ect. Husband is retired from building and very handy with any household issues or improvement projects or Automotive issues. Wife is in the Coffee Business and we always share our Best human traits.
We are looking for a Great Peaceful living situation for all.
