if its just me and you in the residence, i dont mind sharing the frig , using a shelf
if their are other roommates, i prefer my own mini frig , lock on door, and for their to be consequences for anyone being disturbing of peace with loud noise like video games, music or talking at top of lungs or smoking cigarettes to where i can smell it
i am ok with month to month or min of 6 months or 1year , we can renew it
i prefer a written agreement of what the rent is and 30 day notice by either of us if you need me to move or if i need to move

i prefer to buy my own cleaning supplies toilet paper , paper towel, baggies , paper plates trash bags etc
i will use yours only if its what you prefer and want me to do
i may seem picky but its important to be comfortable and to function at highest level with peace joy serenity and these are the things that would allow me to do that and i am willing to pay a max of 1300 mo for all these things, and again , up to 200 mo more for july aug sept if you run ac and or allow me to have a portable ac that i can hook up to window so that i can get cool air in the room in heat waves.
the portable ac will cool the room fast so that i dont need to run it all the time and i would buy a new one.

i sleep from around 10pm to 6am.
i dont eat breakfast or take am shower as i take shower after work and leave around 8 to 9am, but somedays i may leave as early as 7am. i am quiet if i am up early
i use headphones if i want to hear anything loud, music via laptop or movies on tv, which reminds me, i would like to set up a small flat screen tv in room and use your wifi so that i can get pluto tv as its free

lol , I'm sorta laughing at my post as i seem to be asking alot, but i am a great renter, helpful , thoughtful
i can help with some things if emergency, like taking you to doctors or picking up or if your a senior, i can help getting stuff from the store and cleaning inside or outside the home or apt. so, though i ask alot, i am worth it as their would be no issue with getting rent from me, no issues with noise or drugs or cigarettes
no issues with any negative behavior and i am not a nosey person, i am very respectful and friendly but not so much that i would bother you or ask for any favors as i have enough money and resources to get anything i need as i have plenty of money in savings so if i need car repair etc, i have premier auto-club and mechanic , i truly do not need to ask anyone for anything but who i would be paying money for and though this is a long post, i am not the type to talk anyone's ear off as that is rude. these are the reasons i am worth being able to find a place with all preferences and if you come close to these preferences i will be open to checking it out because its also about the environment and person i would be living with
