He was found guilty of 2nd-degree attempted murder as a juvenile, and he is innocent. Due to the poor representation from a hired attorney, we lost. My son is innocent, and we’ve been saying that the whole time. Now there is new evidence which could possibly free my son because the victim in this case has recanted his story and also identified the real shooter. So, in order for me to help my son, I need to file a Marsden motion to fire the attorney. I was recently laid off two weeks ago, so I don’t have the money. I am trying to raise nine hundred dollars to pay a legal consultant to draft up the motion in the proper format. So what is it I am offering?
