INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CAMARILLO, CA

Are you motivated by building relationships, generating new business, and closing sales? We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Camarillo.
POSITION DETAILS
Location: Camarillo, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $24-$28 per hour DOE during the Temp-to-Hire period
Upon conversion, compensation transitions to a commission-based draw salary. For example, a candidate hired at $24/hr would convert to an annual draw salary of approximately $49,920 per year, plus commission opportunities. The full commission structure will be explained during interview with the hiring manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and identify new business opportunities
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads
Schedule meetings and deliver sales presentations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage sales opportunities through a CRM system
Maintain an active sales pipeline
Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
Generate new leads and business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Strong communication and phone skills
Experience with lead generation and prospecting
Basic computer skills
CRM experience preferred
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
