Telephone Sales - Outbound - Camarillo

JC Manufacturing has been in business since 1989. We sell patented, OEM Custom Logo Branded contractor-grade tools to retail stores across the United States. You will be calling Vice Presidents of Marketing and Corporate Buyers to offer our patented PRO-Rewards program on our tools , using a proven script, with company-provided leads. What you can earn: If you have the experience to sell
- $20/hour base pay
- Commission with no cap
- Weekly pay
- First-year income potential up to $80,000 if you are a real Closer!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
No weekends
On-site in Camarillo only
What you will do:
- Make outbound sales calls to retail buyers
- Follow a proven sales script
- Send qualified samples daily to interested Decision makers
- Follow up and close orders quickly
This job is for:
- Experienced phone salespeople
- with Strong English communication skills
- People who can follow trained structure, accountability, and earning money
This job is not for:
- People looking for just hourly-only gig
- People who do not like being measured
- People who cannot clearly communicate in English on the phone
