Figure is sealed MOC NEW from Kenner Vintage 1986 and includes protective clamshell. In good condition with light shelf wear and a vein/bend mark in the card over the section where the top of the proton stream ends. Card is unpunched so this figure probably never hit a store shelf. Outer bubble is clear but tray that figure and accessories sit in has lightly yellowed. Clamshell has some dings in the top but it does not impact the protection of the figure.
