Location: Ventura, CA
Pay: $20–$25 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing company in the automotive performance industry. This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of engines, vehicle modifications, and accessory drive systems who enjoys helping customers solve problems and providing excellent support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for supercharger systems and performance components
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related questions
• Process and support parts orders
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional manner
• Work closely with engineering and sales teams to resolve technical issues
• Support retail sales and customer service functions as needed
• Maintain knowledge of products, engines, and vehicle performance applications
Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of engines, accessory drive systems, and vehicle modifications required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
• Prior automotive, technical support, or performance industry experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
