An unused case of 12 10 oz#M Red Fire Sealant. I bought it to use for a soffit installation but ended up not using it.
At home depot a tube of this stuff is $15 a tube and I bought this from amazon for 110$. So at 50$ this is a good deal if you need the stuff.
