Quite literally, you could build anything here, and not even bring a pencil to the party. Every tool is top brand, and properly maintained. Makita, Senco, Laguna, Delta, Milwaukee, etc. Too much to list, literally hundreds of tools. Set up for maximum work flow and organized in drawered Knaack boxes. Welding steel, 1/2” work tables, even a gun safe.
4000 sq ft shop, rent is 4068.00 if you want to take it as is, without packing it up. The CNC alone would pay all the bills if you’re artistically inclined and motivated.
Probably 10k in expendables alone. Plan a visit, too much to list. The CNC setup was 75,000 alone, and has very little use, maybe 40 hrs. it was purchased for a job that cancelled.
