Growing high-end custom cabinet shop located in Santa Paula is hiring a full-time shop and install employee. Background check required. Must have reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license and references. Must be authorized to work in the US.
Preferred 5+ years of custom cabinetry experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

Must be able to communicate respectfully and effectively.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
Lifting 75+ pounds required.
Must adhere to all safety regulations.
Work requires use of machinery, power tools, hand tools, walking, standing, bending, working on ladders, and lots of heavy lifting/carrying.
Duties include shop cleaning and organizing, loading/unloading trucks, stacking lumber, milling, cutting, sanding, assembling, installing cabinets, installing hardware/handles, finish carpentry, and job site clean up.
Schedule is 7:30am-4:00pm M-F. Commuting to job sites is required.
