compensation:Pay is per opening and varies based on project scope, window type, and installation complexity. Rates are discussed upfront prior to each project.
We are a growing window or door replacement company seeking experienced subcontractors or installation crews for ongoing residential retrofit window, patio door, and entry door projects throughout Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley. Projects are primarily retrofit installations with occasional nail fin projects.
This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity — not an employee position.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience installing retrofit windows
Experience with nail fin installation and the ability to work with drywall and stucco are strong pluses
Experience with installing entry doors is strongly preferred
Must provide your own:
Tools and equipment
Reliable truck/transportation to transport materials to jobs
General liability insurance (required)
Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
Ability to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
