We're a residential HVAC company serving the West San Fernando, Conejo, and Simi Valleys, and we're looking for a motivated junior technician to grow with our team. If you put in the work, we'll put in the investment — paid certifications, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to flat rate pay as you develop your skills.
WHAT WE OFFER:
• $18–$22/hr to start, based on your training and attitude
• We'll sponsor and pay for your EPA 608 certification
• Ride-along mentorship with an experienced tech from day one
• Take-home company vehicle as you progress

• Local routes — Simi, Conejo, and West SFV only
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Assist senior techs on residential service calls and repairs
• Learn diagnostics, equipment operation, and customer communication
• Handle preventive maintenance and tune-ups
• Build the habits and skills that make a great service tech
WHAT WE NEED:
• HVAC trade school certificate or program completion
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration
• Valid CA driver's license with clean record
• Reliable, eager to learn, and coachable — this matters more than experience
• EPA 608 a plus but not required — we'll help you get it
