WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and service calls
Build trust with homeowners and present repair/replacement options honestly
Represent the company with professionalism
WHAT WE NEED:
3+ years HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
EPA 608 certification required
Valid CA driver's license with clean record
Strong communication skills — you'll be face-to-face with homeowners daily
Self-motivated and comfortable with flat rate structure
