We are open to a full business purchase or an asset purchase (asset deal), depending on what works best for the owner.
Our focus is CNC MILLING (required). Turning capability is a plus.
What we’re looking for:
• Small CNC shop with CNC milling capability (required)
• Ideally 2–3 CNC machines total (milling and/or turning)
• Established customer relationships we can assume and continue servicing
• Opportunity to transition employees and/or the owner (welcome but not required)
