Access to a pool in Channel Islands Marina (Channel Islands / Seabridge Marina)

Hey There,
I live a block from the Marina near the Vons and Victoria. I have a bad back and am looking for a place to swim.
Does anyone reading this have an access code or an extra key fob to any of the many pools around here I can see on satellite in the marina and in all these condos near the marina.
Willing to pay $30 a month for access, just me, almost 50, just need to stretch and swim in the pool and hot tub like an old man.
