DIY iced mocha
Make a strong cup of coffee (in a proper copper coffee pot) add a spoon full of coco powder and sugar if you like it sweet. Mix well while hot and put that in the freezer for about an hour. In a blender add about 1 to 1 and half cups of ice and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Add the coffee and blend. For an “iced mocha lil too much” add a shot of baileys Irish cream and a shot of whiskey…. Summers on the way. 😝
